Only grievance of the petitioner is that despite lapse of seven months since he was placed under suspension, suspension allowance has not been paid to him.

He at the outset submits that the concerned authority shall look into the entire issue and take a decision as per the Rules within three weeks. In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
