[2] This second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 113, dated 27th August, 2017 under Section 376 and 506 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Women Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
