* * * * The Labour Court ordered reinstatement of the workman on his previous post with continuity of service and 75% back wages. The said award was challenged by the General Manager, Haryana Raodways, Rohtak.

Mr. Joginder Singh, Clerk, O/o GM, HR, Rohtak states that the workman had been taken back in service and was also paid the arrears as directed by the Labour Court. He further stated that the workman was regularized in the year, 2002 and therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such. We order accordingly.
