***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing impugned portion of order dated 17.01.2019 of ld. Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby imposing a condition of furnishing bank draft of amount equal to 25% of compensation in favour of the complainant while disposing of the application under Section 389 (3) Cr.P.C.

Heard.

The impugned order dated 17.01.2019 of ld.
