(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Haryana Good Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988 for release on parole for 7 days; the purpose being to get the daughter of the petitioner admitted in a boarding school.

It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter has passed her secondary examination and secured high marks and is seeking admission in the private school, which has a boarding facility. Notice of motion.

Ms. Palika Monga, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. She points out that a representation dated 29.01.2022 (Annexure P-3), has already been filed by the petitioner before the competent authority.
