ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein seeks quashing of impugned order dated 30.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) whereby he was transferred within a period of less than one month from Pali Block to Faridabad, which is contrary to the transfer policy dated 06.10.2004 (Annexure P-5). 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner at the outset submits that during the pendency of instant writ proceedings, the petitioner has superannuated and as such, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
