The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the official respondents for taking appropriate action on representation dated 30.06.2023 (Annexure P-4) pending before respondent No.2 as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. and others 2013 (4) RCR (Crl.) 979. 2.

Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G., Punjab, who appears on advance notice, on instructions from ASI Rajinder Kumar submits that grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition has been substantially redressed, as on the allegations made by the petitioner, an FIR has been lodged against the private respondents.

In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition and the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
