The grievance of the petitioners in this Writ Petition is that they have served a representation dt.25.12.2021 upon the respondents-Bank, requesting them to grant reasonable time for re-paying the loan as the same is pending consideration and there is a threat of dispossession of the petitioners from the subject property.
