RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action upon the representation, Annexure P-7, of the petitioner.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents/State. It is submitted that incident of man-handling of the petitioner happened in the Court and the Presiding Officer, after noting the same, had given a caution to the Advocate concerned. However, counsel for the petitioner submits that action should be taken against the Advocate. He further submits that though he has filed one representation before the Police Commissioner, however, regarding his complaint against the Advocate concerned, he has not filed any complaint before the Bar Council so far. However, after hearing counsel for the parties and going MEENU 2023.02.09 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-7106-2023 -2through the record, it is apparent that the alleged incident has taken place before the Presiding Officer in the Court on 24.02.2016. This Court does not find any merit in the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as learned Presiding Officer had already noted the said incident and warned the Advocate. However, if the petitioner has any grievance against anyone, he is at liberty to take the appropriate remedy as available under the law. Disposed of accordingly.
