(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 4 dated 03.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 302, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar Rural.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural), is directed to look into the matter and do the needful, if required.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2, is directed to look into the matter and, if, required, do the needful, in accordance with law The instant criminal writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
