None ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 27.09.2022 the following order was passed : "A request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of arguing counsel for the petitioners on the ground that he is in personal difficulty.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 11.01.2023. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in case the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."

Today the case has been called twice but none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the present revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
