NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 06.01.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge Family Court, Bathinda in case CIS No. MNT/138 dated 16.08.2018 titled as 'Paramjit Kaur vs. Gurjant Singh' whereby interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- p.m. has been awarded to the respondent-wife, from January, 2021. Vide order dated 16.03.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, notice of motion was issued only to the extent of facilitating an amicable settlement of dispute between the parties and the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 29.03.2022. As per the report dated 05.07.2022 received from the Mediator, the matter could not be settled due to absence of the respondent.
