CORAM:
HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN PALLI, JUDGE Present :
Mr. Alok Mittal, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE (oral) The petitioner company has filed this petition being aggrieved by the fact that its technical bid has been disqualified by the respondents in the tender proceedings undertaken by the respondents relating to the Road Transport Contractor (for long route transportation) from Assandh to Wadhwan.
Admittedly, the petitioner has directly approached this Court without approaching the Grievance Redressal Committee which is competent to look into such disputes.
In the circumstances, as the petitioner cannot be permitted to approach this Court directly, the petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee. It goes without saying that in case the petitioner approaches the Grievance Redressal Committee within two weeks from today, the said Committee shall look into the matter and take an appropriate decision expeditiously.
