(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.132 dated 15.08.2017 registered under Sections 323, 325, 452, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 05.12.2024, arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition in case a genuine compromise is effected between the parties in future.
