* * * * Counsel appearing for the Financial Corporation states that after the passing of order dated July 13, 2004, whereby an interim order dated April 21, 2003 was vacated, the Financial Corporation sold the property in question to M/s Goyal Petro Fills Yarn Private Limited, Ludhiana. Counsel, thus, submits that in the face of this factual position, no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the writ petition deserves to be dismissed.

Keeping in view the stand of the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, this writ petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. A copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
