(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner has assailed order dated 27.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) of the trial Court, whereby rejecting his application for exemption from personal appearance, cancelling and forfeiting his bail bonds and surety bonds to the State, he has been ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants. Heard.

No ground is made out to set aside the impugned order inasmuch as its perusal shows that earlier also petitioner on two occasions made similar requests of his exemption from personal appearance, which were allowed. This was third attempt of the petitioner to delay the trial. Trial Court has also observed that petitioner was not appearing before the Court deliberately.

However, in the interest of justice, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a week from today and shall be RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.14 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

-2CRM-M-5883 of 2020 released on bail subject to his furnishing fresh bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court. Petitioner would also give a separate undertaking that in future, he will not seek any exemption. In case, he would do so, his such prayer would be rejected. Proceedings already initiated by the trial Court against the petitioner and his surety under Section 446 Cr.P.C. shall continue independently in accordance with law. Disposed of.
