Complaining wilful violation of the directions of the Court in Criminal Revision No. 33 of 2020, decided on 25.02.2020, the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 25.02.2020 reads as under:- "In view of aforesaid position, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to carry out further investigation as per the stand taken by the respondent in the order dated 22.01.2020.
Petition stands disposed of".

In the reply, it has been stated that a decision has been taken to transfer the matter to the Central Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Harsh Vardhan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, submits that a DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.08.02 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
