***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 07.06.2019 (Annexure P-9), whereby the claim of the petitioner for recommendation of his name by the Employment Exchange for appointment against the vacancy advertised by various institutions, has been rejected.

No doubt, the petitioner is now 46 years of age and in view thereof, even if the Employment Exchange would recommend his name, it is completely inconsequential, he being of unemployable age as per the maximum age criteria fixed by the Government. Even otherwise, there is no irregularity committed by the authorities either in facts or in law warranting judicial interference under extraordinary writ jurisdiction.
