This application (CRM-17354-2024) has been filed by the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition. 2.

Oral request has been made for pre-poning the hearing of the case and for taking up the main petition, which is allowed and the main petition is ordered to be taken up on the Board of this Court today itself. 3.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as in the application that the petitioner does not want to pursue the petition as a compromise has been arrived at between the parties, the petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one, if terms of the compromise are not complied with by either of the parties.
