The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to official respondents to conduct investigation and address their representation dated 19.12.2025.

The petitioner No.1 is a minor child. The petitioners No.2 and 3 are her parents. The family is claiming that they have not lodged any complaint with Haryana State Commission for Women (for short 'Commission') alleging sexual harassment still said authority is conducting inquiry and compelling petitioner No.1 to make statement. 3.
