By way of present application, leave to appeal has been prayed for against the judgment dated 07.09.2022 passed by Court of JMIC, Hissar whereby a complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act filed at the instance of applicant-complainant stands dismissed.

Having faced with the findings recorded by the trial Court wherein it has been recorded that the cheque in question was not drawn by respondent from the account maintained by him, learned counsel for applicant-appellant prays for withdrawal of present application with liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law. 3.
