This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in CWP-19454-2025. 2.

Compliance affidavit of Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Director State Transport on behalf of respondent No.2 dated 25.02.2026 has been filed in the Registry, which is taken on record. Alongwith the compliance affidavit, a copy of speaking order dated 18.02.2026 and its translation has also been appended as Annexure R-1.

In view of the compliance affidavit and the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
