H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) By way of moving the present application, applicant Manpreet Kaur, seeks transfer of proceedings under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, for setting aside of ex-parte decree dated 22.8.2017, passed by Additional District Judge, Amritsar. The application is misconceived, since only the Court which had passed the ex-parte decree, has got jurisdiction to dispose of the application for setting aside ex-parte decree.

Under these circumstances, the application being without any merit, stands dismissed.
