The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 27.04.2000 whereby benefit of Military service rendered by him during emergency from 31.07.1971 to 28.12.1975 was withdrawn.

The instant petition was filed in 2000 and operation of impugned order was not stayed. There are all possibilities that respondent has recovered the alleged amount.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana submits that as per his information, petitioner has already retired. He was not entitled to benefit of Military service rendered during Second Emergency, however, he was PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2025.05.27 02:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.11356-2000(O&M) -2wrongly granted the said benefit. The respondent by impugned order withdrew the said benefit.
