Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present revision petition an application has been filed by the respondents herein for withdrawal of the main suit. However, due to the interim order passed by this Court, the said application has been kept pending by the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition, at this stage, with liberty to revive in case the suit is not withdrawn by the respondents. 2.
