(Oral) The petitioner has prayed for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to protect her life and liberty as she feels reasonable apprehension and threat perception at the hands of the respondent No.5.

Precisely, in the context of aforesaid relief, petitioner has approached the Commissioner of Police, Sector 21, Faridabad by way of complaint dated 04.12.2021 (Annexure P-1).
