ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Compliance affidavit on behalf of the respondent No.2 filed in the Court is taken on record.

Counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was promoted vide office order dated 11.05.2023 under the PWD Quota to the post of Deputy Director (Notional) from the deemed date i.e. 29.06.2009 by granting the benefit of disability in promotion. Counsel for the State also placed on record a communication, sent to the Advocate General, Haryana, that the petitioner has joined on the said post on 12.05.2023. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
