Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.54 dated 03.05.2019, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of the IPC, and, Section 12 of the Passports Act, 1967, and, Section 24 of Immigration Act, and, Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at P.S. Cantt. Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate Jalandhar.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
