There is no representation on behalf of the parties. 2.

A perusal of the order dated 17.05.2013 passed by the Daily Lok Adalat would show that there was no representation on behalf of the appellant(s) despite notice at his residential address. Notices were also issued to legal representatives of the appellant(s). They were served by affixation and had chosen not to put in appearance either in person or through counsel.

Keeping in view the abovesaid fact, the present appeal was returned to the High Court to be listed before the Court for final disposal.

In view of the above, the instant appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
