The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release payment including security with respect to work carried out by him for the respondent along with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.
Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3-Haryana Tourism Corporation, on instructions from Mr. Satish Kumar, Executive Engineer, Haryana Tourism Corporation submits that admitted liability would be discharged within two months from today.
