(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the Commission, on the basis of communication dated 14.03.2024, received from Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, contends that the Department has withdrawn the requisition sent to the Commission for two posts of Assistant Geologist and equivalent (Class-II), against which the petitioners are seeking appointment. Therefore, the petition has been rendered infructuous.
