(ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jasmail Singh submits that the statements of petitioners have been recorded and there is no threat perception, as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous. The petition was filed way back in March, 2022 and even after 04 months no application has been filed before this Court and no application has been given to the State seeking protection. Even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners which show that there is no apprehension to any life and liberty. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of having been rendered infructuous. However, the liberty is reserved to the petitioners to approach this Court again, in case, they feel any threat perception.
