(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.518, dated 15.09.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Ballabgarh City, District Faridabad, under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC on the basis of compromise.

Pursuant to order dated 09.02.2023, report dated 10.03.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.518, dated 15.09.2021 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Ballabgarh City, District Faridabad, under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
