***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of the anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.67 dated 20.01.2022 under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC registered with Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.02.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 18.02.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 18.02.2022 is made absolute.
