! 7 = !4 !! 2 1. Upon complaint filed by complainant Pooja Sharma daughter of Purushottam Sharma, present FIR was registered against accused
(i) Gourav @ Gourav Sharma, (ii) Sunil Kumar, (iii) Krishna Sharma, (iv) Harish Kumar and (v) Yashvinder. They are the only named accused in FIR. As per written information (Annexure-A3) of investigating officer none of the accused person is absconding or has been declared PO in the present case.
2. There is only one aggrieved complainant named Pooja Sharma daughter of Purushottam Sharma. She has appeared and has made her statement (Annexure A-1) in support of the compromise.
3. In view of statements (Annexure Al and A2) made by complainant Pooja Sharma daughter of Purushottam Sharma as well as accused (i) Gourav @ Gourav Sharma, (ii) Sunil Kumar, (iii) Krishna Sharma, (iv) Harish Kumar and (v) Yashvinder, this court is satisfied that the complainant as well as accused have compromised the matter between them voluntarily and without any threat, pressure or coercion and out of their free will. The compromise as per their statements is a genuine compromise.
4. As per statement of investigating officer (Annexure-A3), no any other accused other than the petitioners and no any other aggrieved other than respondent, none of the accused person is absconding or has been declared PO in the present case%< 0 > !"# ' 7 )*
