CR-1064-2026 and CR-1675-2026 -2calculation shall be forwarded by the Officer of Land Acquisition Collector, Faridabad, to the Office of Administrator, HSVP, Faridabad. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition stands disposed of. The respondents shall remain bound by the statement made herein. In case the payment of the interest component is not deposited by respondent No.3 before the Executing Court within 15 days from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek revival of the present petition and in such an eventuality, respondents No.2 and 3 shall be liable to pay the cost of litigation to the petitioner(s).
