Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.50 dated 18.06.2023, under Sections 323/324/341/ 506/148/149 of the IPC (offence under Section 326 of the IPC added subsequently), registered at P.S. Jodhan, District Ludhiana. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court within ten days from today and thereupon, if he makes an application before the latter for grant of regular bail, the latter shall decide DEVINDER YADAV 2024.02.08 16:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
