Apprehending his arrest in FIR No. 0017 dated 14.05.2022 for offences punishable under Section 324, 323,379-B,427,148,149 IPC, 1860 (Sections 326 and 307 were added later on) registered at Police Station Nangal Bhoor, District Pathankot, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C seeking pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia relies upon the order passed by this Court in CRM-M-4209-2023 dated 02.02.2023 and that passed in CRM-M-3335-2023 dated 23.1.2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court to contend that the matter stands compromised between the parties and on the basis of said compromise, co-accused have been granted interim protection.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer.
