(Oral) This is the second petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.314, dated 20.09.2022, registered under Sections 498-A, 328, 302, 304-B, 406, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Ballabgarh, Faridabad.

On 15.01.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the earlier petition bearing number CRM-M-611112023 and it was dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
A perusal of the FIR shows that there are specific allegations against the present petitioner. The same was the situation when the petitioner filed the earlier anticipatory bail application bearing No. CRM - M - 61111-2023.
