       Having heard learned counsel for the appellants and on observing that the impugned order is purely interim in nature, the appeal filed by the appellants is disposed of by granting liberty to the appellants to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge for either preponement of hearing or for passing orders on the interim relief application as prayed by the appellants.

Since the main appeal itself has been disposed of, no orders are required to be passed in CM No. 504ALPA of 2020.
