Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to cancel the transfer order dated 29.08.2024, Annexure P-2 in view of the requests have been made subsequently in terms of letter/notification dated 16.09.2024, Annexure P-4, for which one day was granted, however on order has been passed thereon despite a representation, Annexure P-6, having been submitted, but the same has yet not evoked any response. 2.
The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the respondents would not be averse to have a relook at the matter and decided afresh within a period of 04 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 3.

The matter stands disposed of accordingly with a direction to the respondent to reconsider and decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of four months and if the petitioner is found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same may be passed after granting opportunity of hearing to her and shall contain reasons, whereupon they shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon. 5.
