This is a petition seeking regular bail in FIR No. 13, dated 5th December, 2021, under Sections 7, 13(1)(A)(2) of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018, and Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Ferozepur Range, Ferozepur.

After arguing for some time and realising that the matter is under investigation and challan is yet to be presented, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition at a later stage.
