IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH RSA-432-1987 (O&M) Date of decision : 01.02.2019 Tej Kaur ... Appellant
Versus
State of Punjab ... Respondent
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL
Present:
Ms. Sukhmani Tiwana, Advocate for Mr. Vikas Singh, Advocate for the appellant.
Mr. Avinit Avasthi, AAG, Punjab.
**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Status report filed in Court is taken on record. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that despite sincere efforts, the appellant has not come forward to file the reply to the application bearing CM No.5560-C of 2018 for impleading the applicants as respondent Nos.2 to 11 being subsequent allottees. In view of above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter and must have reconciled with the factual aspect of allotment in favour of respondent Nos.1 to11/applicants. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
