HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint No.CS/1473/12.10.2015 titled as Vajinder Singh vs Amit Bhardwaj (Annexure P-2), registered under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, at Police Station Barara, District Ambala. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by the trial Court, whereby, the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and bail/surety bonds were cancelled and forfeited to State.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
