(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that there is no special circumstance to entertain the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail particularly when the previous bail petition was dismissed on mertis and thereafter the said order of dismissal was challenged by the petitioner by way of filing Special Leave Petition (SLP) before Hon'ble the Superme Court but the petitioner chose to withdraw the same. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 1 week from today and applies for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 days from filing of such application while duly taking into account the fact that the petitioner has recently lost his father.
