The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the official respondents No. 1 to 3 to look into the matter and take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 4 to 6 for committing fraud with the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 7,00,000/-. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case and finding that the Court is not inclined, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
