 When the case was first taken up for hearing on 18.03.2020, my learned sister Ritu Bahri J. then seized of the matter had passed the following order:- "Vide judgment dated 08.05.2019, a writ petition i.e. CWP No.18143-2018 has been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court keeping in view the order dated 01.05.2019, whereby passing of State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Application has been made compulsory for all those employees, who are seeking promotion.Adjourned to 29.04.2020."

Confronted with the apropos, learned counsel for the petitioner later sought adjournment and it was then posted for hearing on 22.03.2022. None appeared on the said date, however in the interest of justice, matter was adjourned for today. Same is the position even today. None appears. Dismissed in view of the observations in the order dated 18.03.2020 ibid.
