             is already pending before this Court. In the circumstances, we do not find any reason to entertain another petition for the same cause of action which is confined to some specific area of Chandigarh.

As the issue raised in CWPPIL No. 51 of 2019 relates to the entire city of Chandigarh, this petition is accordingly disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to file necessary application in CWPPIL No. 51 of 2019.
