In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the present petition, respondent No.1 is directed to take a decision on the representation dated 13.10.2025 (Annexure P-11) moved by the petitioners within a period of two months from today by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and in accordance with law.
