Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 13.11.1997, Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.1, whereby revision petition filed by respondent No.4, has been accepted by setting aside order dated 07.09.1996, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.2.
